Simple Terms & Conditions – Machine Listing Service

These terms apply to services provided by Stone Equipment International, also referred to as ‘SEI’.

1. Listing Fee
   A fee of £500 plus VAT is payable in advance to list a machine on the Stone Equipment International website. Payment may be made via the website or charged to an approved Stonegate credit account, subject to available credit and account status.
2. Listing Period & Promotion
   The fee provides a 6-month listing on stoneequipmentinternational.com and includes at least one feature in the SEI email newsletter and at least one WhatsApp group promotion. SEI may promote the listing more than once unless you notify us otherwise via sales@stoneequipmentinternational.com or +44 (0)1482 459986.
3. Role of SEI
   SEI acts solely as an advertising platform. All enquiries, negotiations, sales agreements, deliveries, payments, and transfers are conducted directly between buyer and seller. SEI accepts no responsibility for machine condition, description accuracy, delivery, payment, or completion of any sale.
4. Expiry
   If the machine remains unsold after the 6-month period, the listing will be removed automatically.
5. Relisting
   Relisting requires a new £500 fee, providing a further 6-month listing and renewed promotional inclusions as outlined above.
6. Sold Listings
   When your machine is sold, you must remove the listing by either using the Delete option on the My Used Machines page of your account profile or by notifying SEI directly. Listing details and pricing may be updated by you at any time during the active listing period.
7. Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable once the listing is live.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEI is not responsible for any losses or damages connected with your listing or any sale resulting from it.  If we were found to be liable for any reason, our total liability would be limited to the value of the listing fee paid (£500). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from your listing or sale.

9. Seller Confirmation

By listing a machine with us, you confirm that you own the machine or have full authority to sell it. You also confirm that all information you provide is accurate, fair, and not misleading, and that the machine can be legally advertised and sold. You agree that Stone Equipment International is not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information or a lack of authority to sell the machine.
